Advisory Commission on Aging - two vacancies

The Advisory Commission on Aging consists of 15 members who support, leverage and advocate for programs and resources that protect and ensure quality of life for St. Petersburg’s aging community. The Commission’s vision is a community where seniors can receive the services and resources needed to live a safe, independent and dignified life.

Consolidated Plan Application Review Committee - seven vacancies

The Consolidated Plan Application Review Committee is a Committee of City Council Members and private citizens that reviews applications submitted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and makes recommendations to full City Council for approval of funding.

Health Facilities Authority - two vacancies

The Health Facilities Authority (HFA) performs the functions to provide a method for tax exempt financing and refinancing for not-for-profit organizations authorized by law to provide hospital, nursing home or other types of health related services. The Authority conducts the public hearings required by the federal Tax Exempt Financing Reform Act (i.e., TEFRA hearings) for health facilities projects.
