A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on November 11 at 4:30 p.m. to Celebrate a new Public Park Opening in the Warehouse Arts District 

St. Petersburg, FL  - The City of St. Petersburg, in partnership with the Warehouse Arts District, is inviting the community to a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, November 11, at 4:30 p.m. to celebrate the addition of a new park.

Remarks will be made by Mayor Kenneth T. Welch, Council Member John Muhammad, and Warehouse Arts District Executive Director Markus Gottschlich.

About the Public Park Project:

Guided by the community leadership of Deuces Live and the Warehouse Arts District Business Associations, two new city parks will be added along 22nd Street S., as identified in the Warehouse Arts District Deuces Live Action Plan. The construction of District Park & Deuces Park, two public plazas, will provide new public spaces for businesses and organizations to host events, festivals, and community gatherings. Deuces Park, located at 22nd St. and 9th Ave. S opened in February 2023.
