City Of Treasure Island issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Just 3 feet help the Public Works employees keep our community nice and neat. Proper cart placement is key.
Place your cart at least 3 feet away from all objects including your second cart, mailbox, car, or a tree.
The lid opening should face the street with the wheels of the cart facing your house.
